In today’s fast-paced world, it is imperative to make time for restorative activities. We all are more than aware when our mobile phone or laptop battery is running low and that we need to charge it, we just sometimes do not recognise the need in our bodies and minds for this recharge time too!

Here are a few of my favourite “recharge and reboot” activities to help reduce stress, ease anxiety and lift mood and wellbeing.
