Improving Sleep, Fatigue, and Insomnia

There are many factors that can affect us getting a good night’s sleep. Research has shown that getting enough good sleep is as important for our overall health and wellbeing as regular exercise and a healthy diet.

From a functional medicine approach we understand that when we don’t get enough sleep its impact has far reaching effects on many bodily systems, meaning we aren’t able to work internally as efficiently as we should.

Having a poor night’s sleep has been shown to have immediate effects on our hormones, exercise performance and brain function, along with causing weight gain and an increased disease risk in both adults and children!

Unfortunately, due to a multitude of factors, over the last few decades research has shown a decline in not only sleep quality but also quantity. Not only does this mean we are more than likely not feeling or functioning at our best day to day, but research indicates we are likely to be sicker and requiring more medical intervention for seemingly “unrelated” health issues.

This download will empower you with some ways you can help yourself sleep better, feel better and most importantly function better.
